Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns made for other reasons, such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Procedure
